QUAKER OVERNIGHT OATS Review

After being given a coupon for Quaker’s Overnight Oats I was excited to try it out. i have been on a bit of a health kick as of late and jumped at the chance to try this product out. I really like oatmeal to begin with and thought that this was an interesting way to have it. When you think oatmeal usually a warm bowl of flavored oats will come to mind so again I thought this would be interesting to try out.

Quaker Overnight Oats has no added artificial flavors or colors and has a great source of dietary fiber. It is made with 100% grain oats, quinoa, flaxseed and a bunch of other simple ingredients. When prepared with milk there is a good source of protein in your bowl. I might add that you can use any type of milk that you prefer.
Now on to the review. I added 2% milk to the bowl (that is provided) of oats the night prior to eating. Once the morning came around, into the refrigerator I went and dug in. Yummmmmm ! It was delicious. It was soft but crunchy and full of flavor. I liked how easy it was to prepare and even more how easy it was to clean up. I just rinsed the cup/bowl out and tossed it in the recycle.

I absolutely loved this little meal and have already purchased more and got family members to try it as well. They all agree that Quaker Overnight Oats area great alternative to the warm oats that we are so use to eating. Highly recommend giving these oats a try and incorporating them into your weekly breakfast meals.
